Is being a tradesman essential for success as a Franchisee?

While trade skills can be beneficial, they are not mandatory. Most of our franchisees are home handymen who have honed their abilities through personal projects on their own homes and those of family and friends. What’s crucial is that you have basic proficiency in using hand and power tools and we’ll teach you the rest.

What if there is a task that I am not skilled in doing?

Firstly, we won’t attempt a job we are not confident in professionally completing.  However, we excel at providing exceptional mentorship at various levels, including peer, National, and Head Office.  With our extensive and diverse experience, there are very few jobs for which we cannot offer advice. So, if you currently lack the skills to tackle a specific job, rest assured that we will guide you and help nurture your abilities.

How do I quote for jobs?

Our Induction Training Course and ongoing support equips you with comprehensive knowledge on pricing and job quotations. We meticulously review frequently requested tasks and outline the essential steps for preparing accurate quotation.

During your holiday, who manages your work?

When it’s time for a holiday, Head Office offers support to franchisees, allowing you to enjoy a well-deserved break from your business. Rest assured that your customers will be taken care of.

How can I grow my handyman business after purchasing it?

Once you’ve purchased your franchise and undergone your initial training with us, you are ready to start earning income, however there are a few things you’ll need to do to grow your business.  Although Head Office will be doing constant branding awareness campaigns and digital marketing through Google, Facebook etc. you’ll need to do some localised marketing and brand awareness within your territory which we will assist you with.
